Okavango Filming will arrange all the necessary permits & documentation to film, as well as ensure that your crew and equipment are met airside where they will be assisted with clearing immigration and customs. Location permits can usually take 30 days to process..

Transport

Located in Maun, we can easily deliver your personnel and/or gear by air or road across Botswana or to neighbouring countries. Whilst on location, we can provide a variety of specialized vehicles, including 4 x 4 filming rigs, open safari vehicles or air-conditioned SUVs.

Drone

Okavango Filming offer a drone service, we have a qualified drone pilot and commercial drone permit.

Accommodation

Okavango Filming operates a fully self-contained mobile camp, as well as, luxury lodge accommodation at the best prices through our personal contacts in the safari industry, should you prefer.

Insurance

Okavango Filming arranges a air rescue service , provided by Okavango Air Rescue. Medical aid and insurances should be arranged by clients prior to travelling.
